Ms. Serina Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and began her legal career
in 1988. With extensive experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process, she specializes in the
purchase and sale of private residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as mortgages,
refinancing, and HDB transactions. Ms. Goh is well-versed in the relevant laws and compliance
requirements related to real estate and maintains strong connections with government bodies like the
IRAS and SLA.
Ms. Serina Goh has an extensive legal career, demonstrating a strong focus on real estate and litigation. From May 2013 to March 2024, she served as the Director at APAC Law Corporation in Toa Payoh, where she specialized in private and corporate real estate conveyancing. Prior to that, from July 2012 to February 2013, she was a Senior Associate at Rodyk & Davidson (now Dentons Rodyk) at UOB Plaza I, handling corporate leasing. Ms. Goh began her career at Bernard Rada & Lee (now BR Law Corporation) from January 1989 to December 1993 as a Legal Assistant focused on civil litigation. She also gained valuable experience at Hock Cheong & Co from August 1988 to January 1989, managing general civil litigation. Earlier, she worked at HT Sam & Company from March to August 1988, where her responsibilities included civil litigation, trademark registration, and criminal litigation. Additionally, Ms. Goh served as a Legal Assistant at PKWA Law Practice from May 2007 to June 2012, handling conveyancing for private and HDB properties. Before this, from March 1999 to May 2007, she was a Senior Officer in the Legal Department at the Ministry for the Environment and the National Environment Agency, overseeing prosecution and legislation while also managing civil litigation. She began her legal journey as a Legal Assistant handling civil and criminal litigation at Edmond Pereira & Partners in 1994. Overall, Ms. Goh's diverse experience encompasses various legal specialties, with a significant emphasis on real estate and litigation.

Magdalene Teo-Yong is an experienced legal counsel with a strong background in communication and
stakeholder engagement across various industries, particularly in Asia. She excels at addressing complex
issues with practical solutions, tailoring advice to specific audiences while maintaining a hands-on, detailoriented approach. Her experience includes reporting to senior management and managing matrix
reporting to head offices in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, the UK, and Switzerland.
In her role as Manager (Contracts & Legal) at the Singapore Tourism Board from January 1999 to April 2003, Magdalene Teo-Yong served as deputy head of the Legal Department, managing legal work for both the Board and its regional offices. She was responsible for documentation related to various initiatives, including sponsorship agreements and talent release contracts, and handled media queries concerning trademarks and copyright. Additionally, she oversaw cess tax collection for over 3,000 establishments, initiated legal actions for recovery, and ensured statutory protection for the Merlion logo. Magdalene collaborated with government entities and industry associations on legislative updates, significantly contributing to the Travel Agents Act and regulations. Her experience showcases her comprehensive legal expertise and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
